1. When do orders ship?

All orders ship out every Monday. If you place an order after Monday, it will ship the following week.

2. What if I’m ordering from Mexico?

If you are ordering from Mexico, you must enter your Tax ID (RFC) at checkout.
Customs will hold and not deliver your package without it.

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

If your product doesn’t fit, you can send it back, and we’ll send you another size for free.
We do not offer refunds unless you never receive your package.

4. What if my order is lost or never arrives?

If your package is lost or never delivered, please email us (see below), and we’ll take care of it.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You must email us before Monday (the shipping day) if you need to change your address. Once orders ship, we cannot update addresses.

7. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. International orders can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs.

8. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships out.
